We always follow up our advice in writing, so you are never left wondering what steps or actions were agreed. We even draft your staff letters for you. Where appropriate we will happily accompany you or your managers at difficult staff meetings, such as disciplinary or redundancy.

Typical HR project work we undertake include; grievance investigations, assessment centres, creating a complete HR Management system, redundancies and re-structures, competence frameworks.
