HR management training
We have partnered with Expand Business Centre to deliver our programme of ‘How to’ workshops. The programme is designed for managers and business owners who have responsibility for dealing with staff issues at work. From discipline and grievance through to performance and absence, our workshops address those difficult issues that left unmanaged can cause a business time consuming problems in the future.

All workshops start at 9.30am and conclude by 4.30pm. Lunch and refreshments are provided.
Each delegate will receive a detailed workbook on each workshop that can be used as a reference tool after the training. Real life scenarios/case studies are used to highlight the issues and provide solutions.

Our in-house training
We provide bespoke HR Management training to non-HR Managers; giving them the confidence and knowledge to effectively deal with people issues at work.
Working with the client, and using established policies and procedures, we design the training content around the client’s needs; ensuring emphasis on the most important elements of the training.
Training delivery is via a wide range of methods; facilitated discussion, individual and group work, and practical application. All training materials, and a full evaluation report, is included in the fee.
