We provide bespoke HR Management training to non-HR Managers; giving them the confidence and knowledge to effectively deal with people issues at work.

Working with the client, and using established policies and procedures, we design the training content around the client’s needs; ensuring emphasis on the most important elements of the training.
Training delivery is via a wide range of methods; facilitated discussion, individual and group work, and practical application. All training materials, and a full evaluation report, is included in the fee.
Based on 12 attendees, a day’s training costs just £99 +VAT per person. However, this is negotiable if more than one consecutive day’s training is booked.
